FAQS
Do I Need To Chop The Ham?
If you want to save even more time, you can skip the step of chopping the ham. Spread the cheese and add the green onions and spinach before topping with two or three slices of thin ham and rolling.
NOTE: The cream cheese does act like a "glue" to hold all the ingredients in place and you lose a bit of that when using whole sliced of ham. Therefore you may want to serve these as a wrap sandwich rather than cutting into pinwheels.
Can I Leave Out The Tortillas?
If you are watching your carb intake or simply don't like tortillas, you can easily leave them out. Use slices of ham in place of the tortilla. Spread the cheese mixture directly onto the ham slices, add the green onions and spinach and roll. You can also make these using large lettuce leaves instead of the tortilla wraps.
